The role

Own one or more systematic strategies end to end. You will formulate hypotheses from market data, validate them through rigorous statistical testing, and deploy them live. You are accountable for the research process, the hypothesis journal, and execution performance.

You

  • Read markets and intraday order flow patterns fluently.
  • Comfortable writing research code in Python/Rust; willing to learn production-grade infrastructure.
  • Think probabilistically — write down hypotheses before running any statistical backtest.
  • Take ownership of trading outcomes and post-hoc edge decay.

Bonus

  • Prior experience trading options/futures at a prop firm, family office, or fund.
  • Background in statistics, applied mathematics, or computational physics.
  • Track record in quantitative competitions or independent hypothesis research.

Low-Latency Systems Engineer

The role

Build and own the execution infrastructure the firm runs on — gateway connectors, order router kernels, tick ingestion, and zero-loss telemetry pipelines. This is low-latency code that must operate deterministically every trading session.

You

  • Strong systems-programming background in Rust or modern C++.
  • Care deeply about correctness, memory management, zero-allocation algorithms, and low-latency network sockets.
  • Comfortable owning execution services end-to-end: architecture, deployment, Valkey cache, ClickHouse analytics.
  • Read low-level code carefully; write code you would defend under exchange latency audits.

Bonus

  • Experience with sub-millisecond execution engines or performance-critical infrastructure.
  • Built or contributed to high-throughput event-driven microservices.
  • Familiarity with exchange protocols (FIX, Native Binary, Shared Memory queues).
